What if my nanny leaves during the trial period?
-
If a nanny is unable to complete the full trial period, we work quickly to ensure continuity of care for your family. In most cases, we require appropriate notice unless there is an emergency or safety concern. When possible, we may ask the nanny to remain during the transition period until a replacement is secured. Should a placement end early, we prioritize finding a new caregiver as quickly as possible to minimize disruption and maintain stability within your home. The trial period is six weeks, designed to ensure a strong and supportive fit between the nanny and the family. If it is determined within this time that the placement is not the right match, services may be concluded on either side. We hold our nannies to high professional and commitment standards, and this includes expectations around reliability and continuity during the placement period. Just as we maintain high standards for our caregivers, we also uphold clear expectations for the families we support. If multiple placements end within the trial period, we may take a step back to reassess overall placement needs and ensure we are continuing to provide the most appropriate long-term match and level of support.

What is the trial Period?
-
The trial period is six weeks, designed to ensure a strong and supportive fit between the nanny and the family. If it is determined within this time frame that the placement is not a good match, services may be concluded. However, we hold our nannies to high standards of professionalism and commitment. Leaving a family within or shortly after the trial period will result in a one-month probationary period, during which future placement eligibility will be reassessed. Our placements are built on trust, consistency, and commitment to the families we serve. Nannies who discontinue two placements within the first six weeks during a 12-month period will no longer remain in our active matching pool.
